WHAT DO THE ROOM PRICES INCLUDE?
Buffet breakfast on our beachfront terrace, access to the private beach and swimming pool, 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds on the beach from the 4th row , bike rental, VAT, Wi-Fi connection in the room and throughout the building. Moreover, in the case of half-board rates, dinner is also included in our Main Restaurant. In the case of full board treatment, in addition to dinner, lunch is served as a buffet on our beachfront terrace.
CAN YOU PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cartasì, American Express.
IS IT SAFE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Your booking is absolutely secure, as all personal data is encrypted and treated with confidentiality. The data of your credit card (number and expiry date) are required as a guarantee: the Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival by pre-authorizing for an amount equal to that expected in case of cancellation and / or no-show. Bookings received with incorrect, missing or invalid credit card codes are not considered confirmed – and therefore guaranteed.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Immediately after making the reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirming your booking with a summary of your holiday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Bookings made through the direct website www.hotelanthony.it, not using any special offer, can be canceled and / or modified without penalty up to 14 days before your arrival. For other special offers, refer to the cancellation policy indicated in the promotion used. Reservations with a non-refundable rate do not include any cancellation or refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF FAILURE TO ARRIVE, EARLY DEPARTURE, CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BEYOND THE TERMS?
In case of no-show, early departure and / or modification / cancellation after 14 days before arrival, a penalty of 30% of the cost of the stay will be applied or, in the case of a non-refundable rate, the full amount of the reservation. For other special offers, refer to the cancellation policy indicated in the promotion used.
WHAT TIME CAN YOU GET TO THE HOTEL? WHAT TIME SHOULD YOU LEAVE THE DAY OF DEPARTURE AT THE ROOM?
The room can be occupied starting from 2.00 pm of the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. For any particular need, please contact our staff in advance who will be happy to help you.

DO YOU HAVE A RESERVED PARKING? HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS?
Ample free parking is available for the exclusive free use of our guests.
ARE CULTS AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN IN THE ROOM?
A child under 2 years will have a cot in the room with his parents, upon prior request.
DO YOU HAVE ROOMS, STRUCTURES AND SERVICES FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS?
No, unfortunately there are no special facilities or services for disabled people in our rooms or in our building.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
No, all the rooms are non-smoking.
ARE THE RATES INDICATED INCLUDING THE BREAKFAST?
Yes, the buffet breakfast is included in the price with savory and sweet products. Also available on request are vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free products.
AT WHAT TIME IS THE BREAKFAST SERVED?
The buffet breakfast is served from 07.45 to 10.00 and is consumed on the terrace facing the sea. In the event of rain, breakfast is served in our main restaurant.
WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF THE RESTAURANT?
Lunch is served as a buffet on the beachfront terrace from 12.45 to 13.30. Dinner is served in the main restaurant, with a choice of menus, from 19.30 to 20.30.
DO YOU HAVE PROPOSALS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PARTICULAR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
In the case of special dietary requirements, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian products are available.
IS THE HOTEL ALSO PROVIDING INTERNET ACCESS?
Throughout the building and in all rooms it is possible to connect for free to the Wi-Fi network of the Hotel for the duration of the stay. Ask the reception for the password to enter and you can surf for free and without time limits.
ARE THERE RULES FOR PETS?
Small pets are allowed on request. A daily supplement of Euro 10.00 is required. We remind you that animals, as long as they are kept on a leash, can access all areas of the structure except in the restaurant areas and on the public beach. Our staff is available for any need.
HOW MUCH DOES A SUNBED IN THE POOL?
The sunbeds in the pool cost Euro 5.50 per day/ per person and are for the exclusive use of Hotel guests. The cost includes 1 beach towel.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE BEACH PLACE?
For each room booked, your beach place will be assigned, which includes 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol from the 4th row onwards. The supplement of the 1st row is Euro 8.00, for the second row of Euro 6.00 and for the 3rd row of Euro 4.00. The price is per day per beach place.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL SERVICES DEDICATED TO CHILDREN?
Family rooms, children’s pool, baby food preparation and baby-sitting service on request with supplement. During the high season our little guests will be entertained by a small entertainment program.
ARE THERE ROOMS WITH A SEA VIEW?
All rooms have balconies with front or side sea views. Our staff is available for any particular need, depending on availability.
DO YOU OFFER A BICYCLE RENTAL SERVICE?
Our guests can rent our bikes for free for pleasant excursions around Jesolo.
DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY SERVICE?
Yes, it is available by requesting the service at least 24 hours in advance with a supplement.
DO YOU HAVE ROOM SERVICE?
Yes, room service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a supplement of € 6.00.
DO YOU HAVE TRANSFER SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT OR FROM THE RAILWAY STATION?
Yes, it is available with a supplement based on the destination. Our reception staff is available for any particular need depending on availability.
